职 责:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategy for booth space selling and sponsorship packages.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunity.
- Develop and maintain prospect lists.
- Proactively reach out to prospects by emails, phone calls and visits to conduct direct selling.
- Provide on-going customer service.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
- Interaction with Marketing team/Operation team.
- Responsible for achieving sales target.
- Responsible for achieving personal KPIs (including but not limited to, dial rates, pitch time, close rates).
- Serve the needs and requirements of accounts head of show and onsite.
- Seek and contact potential partners.
- A passion for sales in a fast paced and busy environment required.
- Manage and update the CRM database
要 求:
Skills & Educational Requirements:
- Proficient in English.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic and resourceful.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exhibition experience an advantage but not a must.
- Working experience in sales towards Building Materials, Flooring, Furniture, Kitchenware, Doors and Windows, Lighting, Partitions, Sanitary products would be preferred.
- Working experience in the architect and design industry would be a plus
- Reliable and have sense of responsibility
- Self-confident and disciplined
- Innovative and creative
