职 责：
500强美资公司
1. Listen to, review and analyze calls.
2. Attend regular meetings with team supervisors to understand performance gaps of teams and individuals.
3. Identify key opportunities for group coaching sessions.
4. Work with the business to identify and prioritize candidates for group coaching based on analysis of calls, qual-ity assessments and business metrics.
5. Diagnose performance gaps to understand which coaching methods will achieve success.
6. Schedule and facilitate group coaching sessions.
7. Document and report progress made during coaching sessions to business partners.
8. Align coaching efforts with training efforts where applicable.
9. Recommend follow-up coaching activities and support on-going coaching conversations.
10. Support the Grad Bay process after new hire training to ensure new agents are successfully performing in their role.
11. Lead weekly calibration sessions with internal teams and our outsource vendors.
12. Use internal system to remove sensitive information from calls for coaching, training, escalations, and database usage.

4. Experience analyzing data, identifying trends and reporting results;
5. Experience building and delivering presentations;
6. Excellent presentation/facilitation skills;
7. Ability to assess learning needs and identify performance gaps;
8. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
9. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
10. Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously;
11. Ability to work with confidential information;
12. Good English and Mandarin required to support counterparts in respective countries
