Education/Experience:
At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, MBA (Finance) preferred
CPA or equivalent experience
10+ years finance experience in manufacturing environment
Experience in international business practices required

Qualification / Skills:

Entrepreneur-type person
Ability to relate to an excel in manufacturing environment
Shows high initiative and a hands-on approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and information systems is required

职 责：
Main Responsibilities:
General internal and external accounting and auditing for AP, AR, General Ledger, Includes invoicing and collection of overdue receivables for all plants.
Account analysis and reconciliation of all Balance Sheets and P&L accounts.
Monthly reporting to Headquarter (Budget comparison, Key Figures, discrepancy analysis)
Tax/Grants -Negotiating tax benefits for new locations or additions to existing plants
Provide cost analysis for special projects, sales price analysis, and investments.
Lead in Year-end audit, finalizing balance sheet and profit & loss statements as well as tax return preparation.
Develop and prepare annual budgets and periodic budget updates, forecasts and long-term projections, in conjunction with the General Manager.
Responsible for treasury and cash management functions. Provide guidance on cost control, utilizing ROI analysis.
Implement accounting, tax planning policies, procedures and systems as required and ensure compliance.
Lead the renewal process for benefits carriers and implement an optimal solution for Alpla, considering financial and personnel implications.
