职位描述
职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. PLC, Minimum 5 years related working experience
3. Good experience of mechanical device service and installation
4. Good experience in UV curing units will be advantage
5. Good computer skills in Microsoft word, excel etc.
6. Ability to understand and implement electrical & mechanical drawings
7. Availability to frequent travel worldwide (on and off-shore)
8. Strong analytic and problem solving skills
9. Skill writing and speaking in English, documentation and procedures
10.Ability to work independently and manage the service team experience
11.Willing to evolve in a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
12.The enthusiasm and the sense of responsibility, glad undertakes the pressure and the challenge, rich in the development spirit
13.Ability to lead motivate a team
职 责:
Leading IST China service team to provide the high quality service to customer
Ensure customer satisfaction and be the voice of the customer communication
Ensure timely reporting and accurate data entry to HQ
Responsible for supporting the customer's production and ensuring smooth operation of equipment;
Follow up and resolve the customer complaints
Follow up customer warranty claims
Provide trouble shooting advice
Provide comprehensive training courses to IST China service team
Assist sales efforts
Be responsible for service agreement contract operation
Collect and realize spare parts sales potential through active service
