职 责：
1、Assist on customs IP cases, including handling customs seizure, preparing documents, communicating with authorities and data analysis
2、Help with online anti-counterfeiting programs, including searching suspicious targets online, communicating with internet market platforms and ISP to conduct complaints and timely actions against counterfeit sellers.
3、Assist on raid actions, including checking raids documents, clarifying the verification process, locating action leads and providing documents for verification.
4、Assist on compensation civil action program, including reviewing and preparing litigation documents, evidence and maintaining the filing records.
5、Prepare legal documents, including notarization, preparing POA/company certificates, collecting branding evidence.
6、Assist on team administrative work, including billing process, filing, and maintaining case records.
7、Help on other anti-counterfeiting matters.

要 求：
1、Graduate or post graduate of Law School;
2、1-2 years solid IP experience (outstanding law students with 1-2 years intern experience in IP det. of reputable law firm, IP agency or Mulit-national companies will be considered).
3、Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin.
4、A team player, Logical, diligent and pro-active
5、Be able to respond in a speedy and efficient manner and work under pressure and tight time frame.
