Key Duties
1. Support Marketing Manager on the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of CRM activities
? Preparation on all CRM material
- membership brochure, production brochure and the other materials allocation
- SMS and MMS copy/ DM layout/ OB script preparation
- CRM training material preparation
- Translating business requirements into various CRM system requirement
? Data reporting and Reporting results/analysis for CRM requests
- data sheet collection from stores and data collection from 3rd parties
- Data generation from CRM system
- CRM performance report preparation on monthly basis
- Campaign tracking report generation
? To support on Campaign preparation, management and tracking
? Good communication with the other departments for new marketing opportunities/activities
2. Support on the Retail Marketing activities

Essential Requirement
-Have excellent Microsoft skills - specifically Word, Excel, ppt. etc;
-Be a confident communicator
-Be proactive and a problem solver
