Key Duties

-Create, maintain and update shop and window display in shops

-Coordinate merchandise in the shops and windows to meet corporate image

-Conduct regular shop visits and implement corporate VM guidelines in the shops

-Communicate the corporate philosophy to sales staff and to implement comprehensive VM training program

-Proceed order of VM materials and props and ensure the delivery in a timely manner

-Work closely with merchandising department for merchandise rotation and presentation in stores

-Provide coaching to other visual team members.

Essential Requirement

-Diploma or degree in Visual Design or related disciplines

-4 years relevant experiences

-a good eye for merchandise presentation

-interest in fashion, and a solid knowledge of fabrics and colour.

-Good communication and organization skills.

-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Desirable

-Experience in luxury fashion brands

-Familiar with illustrator, photoshop, word, excel, powerpoint and related software

-Candidates with less experience may be considered as Visual Merchandising Supervisor
