职 责:
This position is part of the global Helpdesk team within Enterprise Information Services (EIS) department. EIS Helpdesk provides worldwide first and second level technical desktop support for employees. The focus of the tactical side of the EIS Helpdesk is on the immediate support of customers, high first contact resolution and maintaining customer-facing service level commitments.

Job Title and Number: EIS Service Request Specialist
Location: Shanghai Puxi, China
Responsibilities:
1. Perform account set up and administration functions for various EIS supported applications, such as Active Directory, VPN, SAP, Salesforce, Business Objectives and so on.
2. Make sure that the customer's service requests are resolved within the pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Document customer interactions and problem resolutions in the issue tracking system. Provide proactive status communication to customers.
4. Act as primary interface to user community by representing and enforcing EIS processes and policies. Implement and follow standards and policies as defined by corporate and division senior management; escalate exceptions to direct manager or senior management staff. Relay customer feedback to appropriate service groups within EIS. Notify senior Helpdesk Support team members of customer impacting events. May also relate action taken back to customer.
5. At senior levels, (may) mentor new Helpdesk team members regarding both technical information and work processes. Write and implement process for team and customer support. (May also) participate in interviewing and hiring for the department.
要 求:
1.BS in Information System Management or equivalent.
2.Minimum 1 or 2 years work experience.
3.Good command in English reading, writing and speaking.
4.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operations system, Active Directory and network.
5.Team player.
6.Be able to understand internal process and audit requirements relevant to the tasks being assigned.
7.Be able to pay attention to details and deliver accurate solution that meet customers’ needs, at the same time conforming to processes and audit
requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Similar work experience is a plus.
With less technical background, as long as she can use computer proficiently.
