Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customer to understand the requirements of the project;

2. Working closely with design engineers & support engineers for the proposal & project implementation;

3. Form a project team and coordinate;

4. Manage the whole project process in terms of:Feasibility analysis,Cost analysis & Margin analysis,Risk analysis,Contract making,Purchasing & supplier management, Project schedule & Quality management,Final acceptance

Documentation, etc;

5. Maintain good coordination and communication with outside counterparts including client, contractors, design institute and relevant parties;

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or equivalent;

2.Knowledge of project management;

3.5+ years of project management experience in engineering field;

4.Project management experience in automotive industry, manufacturing industry is a plus;

5.Good team player and organizer;

6.Good communication skills;

7.Good command of English, German is a plus;

8.Independent thinker and problem solver;

9.Think proactively under pressure;

10. Able to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently;

11. Willing to travel domestically and oversea.
