Direct Report to: (Line and functional reporting lines)R&D ManagerDirect Subordinates: (if any, show numbers and job title(s))2; Design EngineersPosition Objectives：Lead by example a team of 3 design engineers to fulfill the market requirements for non-fire door products incl. hardware and E-controlled components and work inside this team as team memberKey Responsibilities：? Lead a team by example? Define the project schedule, follow up and deliver in time and cost frame? Evaluate the market requirements and take initiative in strategy to achieve design and cost goal for new and existing products? Identify and define the potential cost saving due to design and material changes? Communicate with Design institutes, Customer, various departments and officials? Lead the project from requirement evaluation, supplier, components, first sample, testing to mass production? Define and improve various KPI’s for design and build? Further development and standardization of all employed process, tools and key figures.Position Qualification Requirement：Education & Professional BackgroundBachelor Degree or equivalent education level or above in design and buildMechanical or building engineer backgroundRelevant Experience5+ years’ work experience / Working experience of international company and conditional orientation ability in foreign culture.Expert Knowledge in Non Fire Door development in China and AbroadAUTO-CAD [preferred in Pro/E 3D software], MS-office software [Excel, Word, PPT]Language SkillsEnglish: read, write and speak (be able to participate English conference call)Other Requirement1.
