PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

1. Ensure all of the import & export formalities being compliance with the Custom’s & AQSIQ’s guidelines resulting process.
确保所有的进、出口业务操作，依照海关和检验检疫局等部门的指引，规范进行。
2. Properly manage the logbook, integration of customs relevant requirement in business strategy and process;
合理正确的使用手册，使业务操作与海关相关法规保持一致。
3. Ensure all of the import & export activities being smooth and efficient,
确保所有的进出口业务高效、顺畅进行。
4. Monitor the export shipping schedule to fulfill export order requirements;
协调监控运输时间，满足出口的业务需求。
5. Liaise and maintains a good working relationship with China Customs authority;
与中国海关等相关政府部门维系良好密切的沟通及合作关系。
6. Supervise the shipping function aiming at providing the cost effective transportation service to customers;
以为客户提供低成本、高效率的运输服务为目标，监督和改进运输模式和方法。
7. Manage the customs brokers and shipping forwarders to assure excellent service level;
有效的管理报关行、承运商等供应商，确保其提供优质的服务水平。
8. Other customer services including coordinating customer’s complaint.
提高其他客户服务能力，包括积极处理客户投诉问题等。

任职资格：

1． Skillful relationship management with Customs & relevant authorities.
与海关及相关部门的关系处理方面，具备相应的经验和技巧。
2. Integrated knowledge in import/export trade & regulations.
拥有全面的进出口贸易及法规方面知识.。
3. Minimum 3 years working experiences in import/export declaration & Custom’s logbook management, as well as shipping management in a multination company.
在进出口报关、报检及手册管理方面拥有3年或以上的工作经验，同时具备在跨国企业中关于运输安排的工作经验。
4． Excellent communication skill;
优秀的沟通技巧；
5． Strong procedure thinking;
较强的流程管理意识；
6． Good leadership.
