Job Purpose
|
The Pricing Manager is responsible to support Greater China team in terms of pricing, global/local agreements administration, margin and trend analysis and process improvement projects. He or she will also be the liaison for regional pricing and Greater China sales, marketing, finance, logistics, IT and business units. |
DO |
1. Responsible for timely review of daily special pricing requests. 2. Conduct pricing analysis, reporting and price sensitivity calculations 3. Maintain contract price/agreements and communicate to relevant parties 4. Provide pricing trend analysis to business units and sales 5. Support annual pricing adjustment discussions 6. Conduct training to sales teams on systems and processes 7. Improve and document working processes and procedures 8. Provide supervision to pricing analyst 9. Backup pricing in other AP region. |
OVERSEE 1. All pricing related matters including negotiated pricing, list pricing, price adjustments and assist in implementation of Strategic Long Term Agreement. 2. Pricing system (SAP SPRA) 3. Pricing analysis and reporting |

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

1. BS Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience. 2. Pricing experience preferred. 3. Excellent computer literacy skills in excel and powerpoint 4. Strong communication and analytical skills. 5. Good business acumen and ability to work independently |
