Job Description:

1. Manage the machine projects and support the production in material issues;
2. Create and update the production plan based on the information from Sales and Production Director;
3. Create and update of assembly plan;
4. Create and update the assembly plan according to the newest version of production plan and material supply status;
5. Daily update the production status, throughput time and delay;
6. Create the projects and production order according to the assembly plan and reconfiguration;
7. Match the customer request to the projects according to the advice by sales / order processing;
8. Update the production status in the SAP System;
9. Create and update the Machine-Project documentation;
10. Adjust the estimated BOM in cases of design changing;
11. Daily production status feedback;
12. Monthly WIP report;
13. Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement:
1. Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above, BS in engineering or economical engineering background;
2. Experience: 4 years working experience in a manufacturing environment;
3. Knowledge about the relation of sales forecast, production plan and assembly plan;
4. Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;
5. Familiar with ERP-Systems especially SAP;
6. Detail knowledge about the function of MRP;
7. Must be knowledgeable in planning/forecasting system(MRP/ERP);
8. Basics in project planning;
9. MS-Office skills;
10. Basic management skills and leadership ability;
11. Good English, German speaking would be preferred.
