Job Description:

1. Daily KUKA Product Quality inspection and supervision, including the production department work instructions, assembly checklists, verifying assembly drawings, calibrated measuring gages;
2. Developing and monitoring the incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. Strictly enforce KUKA German quality standards;
3. Supervise and audit production process, make timely countermeasures for suppliers;
4. Responsible for the quality of document preparation, review, distribution and upgrades;
5. Determining isolation of defective products, rework, repair and Returns;
6. Monthly quality reports, including CoPQ, customer complaints, product qualified rate;
7. Communicate with German & Hungary related QA or technical personnel.

Requirement:
1. Educational: University of Technology graduate, solid theoretical knowledge ( mechanical, power, heat, sound, electrical etc.) and practical problem solving skills;
2. Experience: Engaged in at least two or more of the following sectors: metals, non-metallic, polymer materials, rubber, electrical cables, PCBA, measuring instruments;
3. Can use at least three or more detection equipment: hardness tester, coordinate measure machine (contact and non-contact ), roughness tester , metallographic analyzer, metal composition analyzer , torque wrench calibrator , pressure meter calibration , sine gages, non-destructive flaw detector ;
4. Engaged in quality management, familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 or TS16949 system. Understand PDCA, NPI, APQP, FTT, PPAP, SPC and FEMA and so on;
5. Fluent in English. German is a plus;
6. Coordination, strong communication skills, proactive, team spirit, independent work, project management, European & US foreign company work background;
7. A driver's license and passport;
