Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Continuously analyse and reforecast business and recommend strategies to ensure plan is achieved.
2. Complete weekly and season-end sales and inventory performance analysis, translate qualitative information and data into quantitative demand projections.
3. Work closely with merchandising buying team to develop OTB, assortment plans and target product flow for related channel to store grade profiles.
4. Work closely with Finance team to monitor sales target for related channel.
5. Ensure distribution and launch plan meets turn goals, support marketing calendar and maximize profitability.

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 3 years or above working experience on merchandising planning/business analysis function;
3. Solid Retail operation experience is preferred;
4. Good at data analysis and planning;
5. Fluent in English;
6. Good computer skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), other computer skill is plus;
7. Good communication and collaborative spirit;
8. With ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients.
