Position: Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Business Unit Manager (Greater China)
Location: Shanghai, China

Institut Esthederm (IE) is the sister brand of Bioderma, and was created by Dr. Jean-Noel Thorel in 1978 in France
IE is now a worldwide known skincare brand, with presence in over 40 countries and 6000 doors.
Its adventure in China started in 2009 and is now distributed in all Sephora stores and Si Yan Li beauty salons.

Main Responsibilities:
? Define and implement marketing strategies for different channels
? Prepare, execute and follow up on the annual marketing plan, of which digital marketing will be the focus.
? Build offline and online marketing synergy with key distribution channels
? Build up brand website and online customer database to prepare for the long-term e-Commerce and CRM project
? Develop Consumer Understanding: market trends, market research, consumer behavior, competitor intelligence
? Monitor the design of locally produced Marketing material in line with global guidelines.
Candidate profile:
? Degree educated in Marketing, Commerce or related disciplines
? More than 5 year working experience in the field of Marketing. Preferably having worked in a multinational company in the skincare industry.
? Have clear understanding of digital marketing
? Strong experience of online marketing channels, e.g. social media, paid search, EDM,…etc will be a plus
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
? Excellent communication and presentation skills with a self-motivated character
? Well-presented, pleasant and easy-going personality
