职位描述
Based in ISS Suzhou, the Sales Manager is overall responsible for the conclusion of Integrated Facility Service (IFS) contracts for the MNC customer base.
The MNC Sales manager will be part of the overall MNC business team to harvest the MNC market potential for ISS China by:
1. Establish relevant customer relationships with the decision makers in the MNC segment
2. Pursue cross selling opportunities with existing ISS China customers
3. Prepare and update the IFS promotional material
4. Present IFS introductions in English and Chinese for potential MNC customers
5. Work closely with the Operation Department of ISS Suzhou in the calculation and preparation of detailed proposals for potential MNC customers
6. Conclude IFS contracts with MNC customers
7. Transfer contract execution to ISS Suzhou Operations Department
8. Maintain customer contact throughout the duration of the contracts.
9. Ensure optimal customer retention.
Traveling within China for of up to 80 days per year is required.
Essential job functions
1. Prepare customer presentations
2. Prepare detailed IFS proposals and profitability calculations
3. Present facility service proposals to customers together with the team
4. Conclude high margin facility service contracts with the MNC customer base
5. Transfer concluded contracts to ISS Suzhou Operations Department
6. Maintain customer contract during execution to insure customer satisfaction, enlarge service scope and ensure customer retention.
Essential skills and experience
1. Several years of experience in the service business in China – preferably in a sales position in a western facility service company
2. General knowledge of sales and marketing techniques - legal contract experience will be considered an asset.
3. Detailed insight into service costing
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
5. Great attention to detail
Goals and objective
The objective of this position is to ensure strong organic growth in the IFS business of ISS China within the MNC customer segment in line with the overall business plan.

Education
A relevant business, commercial or financial degree. Studies partly performed outside of P.R. China will be considered a significant advantage.
Language skills
Written and oral communication skills in English are a must for this position.
Supervision received
The position reports to Business Development Director, ISS China.
