岗位职责：
1. Establish new lab-automation group in DMPK. Propose long-term scope of the group in line with needs of BU development and prepare implementation roadmap.
2. Work closely with DMPK functional groups to identify the operation bottleneck and propose automation solution. Understand the manual protocols and propose automation workflow; Prepare User Requirement Specification (URS) documentation. Work with IT to develop solution for IT-automation interfacing
3. Be familiar with technology in the market. Conduct vendor evaluation based on internal needs. Help prepare Capex documentation. Ensure a smooth and timely implementation of automation projects and lead Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and in-house automated assay validation, as appropriate;
4. Provide automation operation training to internal functional group scientists;
5. Maintain and troubleshoot lab automation. Write automation scripts as needed to support the applications for assay functional groups.
职位要求：
1. Minimum bachelor degree with 4+ years and Master with 2+ years of industry experience;
2. Hands-on experience with liquid handling stations of major suppliers (Hamilton, Tecan, Beckman etc.);
3. Knowledge of lab automation, biological high throughput screening assays or in vitro ADME is highly preferred;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, hard working, initiative, and good in execution;
5. Be able to work both independently and in a team setting as well;
6. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (written and oral);
