Essential Responsibilities:
The Supplier Continuous Improvement Specialist reports to the Director China Sourcing. In this role, the Supplier Continuous Improvement Specialist will focus on driving continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects within the Hubbell Asia Supply Chain. This role will be delegated the responsibility for driving the Lean Six Sigma strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
? Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt or have experience to leading Six Sigma projects)
? Years’ experience in process development and manufacturing industry
? Demonstrated commitment for process improvement.
? Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
? Strong Organizational, Analytic, and problem solving skills.
? Demonstrated excellence in using Activity Based Costing models
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
? Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences, including suppliers and internal/external customers.
? Ability to travel domestic and internationally.
? Experience in lean production would be a plus

? Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others globally as required
? Quality and cost driven
? Strong organizational skills
? MBA or other post graduate degree in Science/Engineering.
