Job Descriptions：
1. Provide back office customer service and logistics support in Greater China & South East Asia from receiving customer's order to shipments, follow up and after-sales support.
2. Outbound transportation from plant/warehouse in this region to China mainland customers by working together with trucking company.
3. Export Sea/Air shipment booking to outside China countries with contracted LSP.
4. Provide necessary export required documents to support export Customs clearance.
5. Track and trace export shipments and update status in a timely manner, incl. follow up vessel/flight details, ATD/ATA confirmation & provide documents to customers.
6. Coordinate export and domestic delivery issue by communication with agents / Forwarders / Warehouse, etc.
7. Manage customer complaints on supply chain/ logistics matters & work with Sales people to solve customer’s complaint such as damage, delay.
8. Check warehouse inventory report & activity report
9. Data oriented, accurate record keeping.
10. Other job assigned.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree in relative area ( business administration/ supply chain/ international trading / domestic distribution … and etc )
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service/ Logistics/ Shipping, preferably with SAP experience
3. Basic knowledge of chemical/ plastics industrial and operations process, air and ocean logistics an added advantage
4. Familiar with import/ export operation, especially WGQ Free Tax Zone operation.
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English & good interpersonal skills.
6. Be flexible with an ability to learn quickly.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
