Manage and develop OEM partners and distributors in assigned China region. Identify and develop product opportunities, drive growth ideas, profit opportunities and secure key relationships. Represent XX at assigned tradeshows. Provide accurate sales’ projections to management.

Section 3: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
40 % ? Accountable for GSV and profit targets as specified in the Operating Plan; conduct sales and market analysis and work with management to create market and key account plans to achieve the monthly forecast
30 % ? Interface directly with OEMs and end users to establish relationships, a clear understanding of the areas of value creation and the specific deliverables that XX must execute to attain and retain their business; develop a broad and strong rapport across global accounts to ensure good market insight and a balanced level of forecast accuracy
10 % ? Identify, create, and drive distribution and regional service centers to be responsible for XX products
5 % ? Work with Marketing & Product Management to drive the development and implementation of new products / variants
5 % ? Interface with governmental agencies, trade organizations, to ensure our views, opinions, and business environment meet our needs
5 % ? Work with XX departments to develop and improve business processes, products, marketing initiatives
5 % ? Perform other duties/projects as assigned

Bachelor degree in Business, Banking, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; engineering experience highly desired, advanced degree a plus

Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, business development required
