Job responsibility:
1.Support quality manager coach and train GB
2.Lead and successfully complete 2-3 GB or BB projects per year (e.g. plating scrap reduction, molding scrap reduction, turnover reduction, visual standard calibration … )
3.Establish problem solving standard and facilitate professional working style in CIP and quality activities
4.Organize internal quality improvement competition
5.Support QE and SQE for their work if necessary
6.Other tasks assigned by quality manager and proxy of quality manager for daily business
Requirement and qualification:
1.Bachelor or above education level (Electronic or mechanical field is preferred.)
2.> 5 years experience in automotive industry; good knowledge for automotive quality system requirements and quality assurance tools .e.g. APQP, P-FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP
3.Excellent English, inc. written and oral
4.Project management experience and leadership
5.> 2 Successful GB projects at least; Good perception for DMAIC(Certification for BB is preferred)
6.Logical thinking and data driving
7.Lean concept
8.Good knowledge for all statistics tools, ANOVA, DOE, Hypothesis test, Correlations and Regression analysis, QFD , …
9.Tough in work + interpersonal skills; “TARGET “ person
