JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Routine maintenance repair to minimize production downtime and expedite production.
2. Troubleshoots and repairs existing production & facility systems
3. Hires & trains maintenance team member.
4. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and improve any findings
5. Supervises outside contract working efficiency and following company safety policies.
6. Manage spare parts requirements and set reasonable inventory levels.
7. Maintains the Work Order systems, and permanent record of equipment history.
8. Establish and track equipment PM programs to ensure high productivity.
9. Spearheads and promotes Company safety policies. Support the project transition.
10. Maintains inventory of all spare parts and initiates purchase orders for replacement parts.
11. Work with government to get the necessary admissions, e.g.: electric power, waste water etc.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT
1. Major in Mechanical or Electric or automation
2. Be familiar with the equipments include the public facilities, production equipment, especially for the injection industry
3. Good communication and leadership skill.
4. Good time management and priority thinking
5. Good team player and can work under the pressure.
6. Result oriented concept
7. At least 8 years maintenance working experiences, 3 years in supervisory position
8. Good English in both oral and written
9. Can use the PLC and CAD software
