ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1.Implement new and existing production processes into a high volume production environment
2.Design and manage the fabrication of assembly fixturing
3.Develop and Manage relationships with external vendors
4.Manage the creation and maintenance of Process Specifications, Hardware Specifications, and Best Practices
5.Material qualifications
6.Participate in product launch efforts.
7.Facilitate knowledge transfer about all aspects of production processes to local factory engineers and technicians.
Required Experience:
1.Five or more years experience of automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing process.
2.Experience in launching new products, be familiar with new project development procedure.
3.Experience in designing or managing new equipment development.
4.PLC programming or Robot Programming experience.
5.Knoledge in various sensors, electrical and pneumatic components
6.Experience with Gluing process, ether Acrylic, Water-based, CA, PUR, UV glues.
7.Autocad/Pro E/ Solid Works((any in List) mechanical drawing system
