Description:
1、Responsible for analysis current global purchasing data and suppliers’ capacity and capability in the field of mechanical & electrical components, C-parts.
2、Responsible for global sourcing and set global purchasing strategy in the field of mechanical & electrical components, C-parts. Responsible for sourcing, negotiation, pooling activities. Develop new suppliers, supplier quality control.
3、Responsible for communication with global team and implement the strategy.

Requirement：
1、Bachelor Degree or above. Mechanical or Electrical or Engineer is better.
2、Familiar with Mechanical and electronic products, good English speaking, reading and writing. Strong ability to data analysis. Have strong ability of market investigation and analysis, good negotiation skills, good quality management, good business knowledge, basic financial knowledge, certain project management knowledge, familiar with purchasing process and supplier management process, familiar with IT tools.
3、Has a strong ability to leading team, strong sense of responsibility, honest and trustworthy, work actively, result oriented, have strong ability of statistical analysis, strong determination, strong ability of learning and can adapt to the environment change, the psychological quality is good and can work under pressure. Loyalty to the company.
4、5 years sourcing and purchasing experience.
5、Understand the use of Microsoft Office Access System.
