职位描述
Job Responsibilities
? An overall consultant role in BD, client management and talent acquisition for deal closing.
? Identify/ engage and develop good relationship with suitable candidates, by Internet research, cold/ warm calling, referral business, online social networking and internal database etc.
? Develop and maintain good relationship with customers day to day, to provide professional service/ solutions to meet the specific requirements.
? Be responsible for studying & analyzing the requirements/ market information and target candidates and companies.
? Other tasks from partner.
Qualifications
? At least 2 years working experience in HR/ Consulting or relative Sales Marketing activities, bachelor degree will be a plus.
? Hard working with the abilities to work in fast pace and high pressure environment.
? Fast Learner, self-motivated, result oriented and aiming for success, must be honest.
? Smart and with good communication and coordination skills in English and Mandarin.
