职位描述
1、带领销售团队完成销售市场部制定的区域销售目标、回款目标；
2、制定本区域年度、月度销售计划、市场战略规划，分解销售目标；
3、执行公司的相关政策和费用制度；
4、监督所辖区域销售人员及时回收货款、减少应收账款，控制区域内逾期应收账款；
5、负责区域内客户的市场推广和系统开发与维护，保持良好的客户关系；
6、及时反馈市场信息和客户意见，协助做好售后服务；
7、在销售市场部整体工作规划和预算标准下，整合各类资源，负责开展区域内的市场建设、品牌推广、政府公关等市场运营工作；
8、建设并建立所辖区域的销售队伍，进行合理的人员配置，并组织销售人员进行技能培训与指导；
9、处理区域内日常事物，完成相关销售报表。

任职资格：
1、有制药及化工，机械设备类专业的优先考虑
