任职资格：
1、相关专业（暖通/机电等）专科以上学历；
2、具有3年以上相关工作经验，或本科以上学历2年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉洁净室暖通工程的设计流程，材料控制，成本核算，现场管理，有制药、电子行业经验者优先；
4、熟悉洁净室行业质量标准，施工规范；
5、善于与甲方沟通交流，责任心强，具备敬业及团队合作精神；
6、能适应中短期出差，承担一定的工作压力，能独立处理项目现场事宜。
7、建造师执业资格，中级或以上工程师职称者优先考虑；
8、具备英文听、说、读、写能力者优先；
9、家住松江优先
职位描述：
1、负责暖通、机电专业的图纸设计、优化、统计工程量等工作；
2、负责向采购部提供材料申请单并确认主要技术参数；
3、投标统计工程量编写技术标。
4、协调和处理与业主、设计院、监理及其它施工单位的工程过程中的衔接问题；
5、负责工程中材料，隐蔽工程和施工过程中工程品质的控制和检查验收工作；
6、工程过程中配合QA人员完成相关的验证工作；
7、协调解决施工中出现的本专业问题，督促工程项目按计划完成并协助项目进度款回收；
8、现场安装指导
