职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Leading logistic, planning and sourcing team to achieve company target and GMP requirements.
2. Organize and follow up the procurement & production plan and control the material and products inventory in an optimum level.
3. Monitoring timely processing of sales orders according to the established policies and procedures in the information system
4. Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material and products availability.
5. Develop and implement the strategy for internal and external warehouse to meet company's standard and GMP requirement.
6. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
7. Responsible for the suppliers’ management.
8. Develop and implement the strategy for new suppliers and organize the related development actives.
9. Manage API& materials importing and products export process. Supervise custom clearance and negotiations with customs officers when needed for the importation of goods.
10. Continuously develop and improve the processes and working instructions to achieve the cost and efficiency target in the material& production planning/purchasing/ warehouse /logistics –
11. Work with quality functions to resolve the grievances and claims against suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. Degree: Bachelor of above
2. Experience and skills:
？At least 8-year experience in logistics& procurement and 3 years in supply chain management within multinational company.
？Strong negotiation, coordination, management & organization, judgment and decision making skills are necessary.
？Experience in Pharmaceutical industry and compliance& GMP knowledge will be at advantage.
？Fluent English in spoken and written.
