职位描述
Job Title: Air Exp. Customer Service Specialist
Job Purpose
Daily operation on air export business between internal and external customer.
Key performance area and measurements
- 60% Be responsible for daily operation for air export business
Productivity for daily operation: one HAWB/per hr.
On-time performance: not less than 80%
- 15% Delivery excellent service to external and internal customer and Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.
Customer complaining: less than 2 times per quarter
Human error: less than 2 times per quarter
- 10% Keep the continues improvement for daily operation
Identify at least ONE process gap per month
- 10% Actively attend customer meeting by con-call or face to face
Based on customer or account owner request
- 5% Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education & Qualifications
College degree or above
Be able to read,write ,communicate fluently in English
Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with air export process
Good PC skill
Experience
Work in Business/Logistics, with minimum 1 year related
