职位描述
Responsibilities:
1、Providing technical accounting expertise in daily accounting decisions of business operations in compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies
2、Serve as the key champion for upfront review of business deal structure and contracts to ensure the right accounting and tax considerations as well as controls are in place
3、Oversee periodic book closing process, ensure key accounts are properly stated
4、Perform monthly review of financial performance; Implement early detection mechanism to identify risk and report issues on a timely basis
5、As a leader, coordinate with BU and other functional teams to streamline business process and establish strong controls
6、Provide accounting support to special projects
7、Serve as the local focal point for the external audit
8、Lead the financial forecast, budget control and analysis projects
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related profession
2、Familiar with US GAAP
3、At least 5 years of accounting & controllership experience. Big 4 experience is a plus
4、Experience in a management position with multinational companies of 3 years or more
5、Self-motivated, proactive & open minded
6、Track record of commitment to excellence & ability to drive results
7、Strong leadership and communication skills
8、Strong business sense
