Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly actual, forecast financials and various internal management reports, check accuracy and distribute reports to Senior Management on time.
2. Enhance business controlling, include but not limited to: operating expenses management, CAPEX control, price monitoring, and distribution management.
3. Provide support to sound business decisions (e.g. product profitability, channel profitability, capital investment decisions, etc.) via financial modeling, sensitivity analysis and/or other analysis.
4. Develop and/or improve processes and help to identify areas for improvement.
5. Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecast, and reporting package.
6. Take up ad-hoc projects per request.


Experience and qualification:

1. 2+ years of financial experience in FP&A in MNC dealing with multi-entities.
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
3. Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and fluency in English.
4. Business smart, self starting and strong communicator with business partners.
5. Good time management skill.
6. Pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
