Position Description

Job Summary

Work closely with corporate/division/brand digital teams and global/zone Digital IT teams to manage digital IT vendors to deliver digital marketing projects and services in areas such as CMS (content management system), DAM (digital asset management), PIM (product information system) and community site solution etc.

Key Responsibilities

Primary IT contact with digital teams on digital marketing solutions and services

Build and manage Digital Marketing IT vendor pool with SLA and KPI

Design and implement multi-divisional digital marketing solution roadmap

Manage related vendors, also internal teams, on project delivery including requirement analysis, system design, coding, QA, deployment and maintenance according to corporate standard process, SLA, KPI and best practices

Manage the project timeline, quality, budget and resources

Develop and maintain strong working relationship with digital teams, IT teams at global/zone/China level to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the L’Oreal IT standard and strategy

Support existing digital marketing solutions when needed

Stay informed on new digital solution trends and contribute to digital IT strategy development

Core Competencies/Position Requirements

Solid experience or knowledge in digital marketing

Strong IT vendor management expertise is a must

Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple clients/vendors/projects

Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, at different levels of the organization

Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must

Extensive technical skills in SEO/SEM, analytics and web development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript with experience in CMS and DAM e.g. SiteCore and OpenText

Bachelor’s degree required
