职位描述
Purpose of the Job
— Promoting and selling products of tedrive
— Monitoring and collecting market information and digging out potential customers and new projects
— Establishing and maintaining closed business relationship with target customers
Key Result Areas (Listed in order of importance)
— Achieving results from business plan and cost budget and/or giving reasonable explanations on deviation
— Building and maintaining good relations with customers and tedrive team
— Understand the product knowledge and business nature to create sales strategy
— Cost controll of the sales activities
— Assisting tedrive in the preparation of the trade show and seminars
Main Tasks (Listed in order of importance)
— Prepare sales plan, time table and resources to set priorities in order to meet target
— Solicit concrete enquires and identify sales possibilities for our products
— Closely follow up pending projects
— Build rapport and maintain good relationship with customers and end users
— Liasise with principals and customers to satisfy both needs
— Be responsible for accounts management from sales forecast to business development
— Assist in conducting market research, data collection and business analysis
— Making daily decision regarding his job activities in order to progress on existing and future projects, including making schedules of business trips within company guideline
— Making decision in order to settle disputes with customers or outstanding payments
— Contact existing customers, identify new potential and confirm target customers for sales promotion by calling, visiting and technical exchange meeting for maintaining good relationship with some target customers and monitoring their future projects and business needs
— Participate in technical discussion and commercial negotiations between customers and principals and serve as interpreter and counsel
— Assist principals in tender preparation and tender opening/negotiation
— Interact with professional associations and third parties to collect market information and projects
— Maintain close contact with principles to be updated on product know-how and developments
Knowledge And Skills
Knowledge
— Familiar with market of automotive components industry, especially chassis parts or steering system
— Networking in engine components related functions in auto industry
— Knowledge in automobile engineering, especially on chassiss, steering and transmission area
— Experience in prepating contract and order execution
— Proficient in computer softwares including MS Office
— Networking in the customers in auto industry
Skills
— Commercial side: fully understands the automotive dynamics with contracts, terms and conditions, and how to offset productivity requests
— Good in both spoken and written English
— Strong in interpersonal skills and customer relationship
— Business communication and presentation skills are required
— Strategic thinking and good initiatives who can work independently and proactively within business strategy and direction
