BASIC FUNCTION
Accountable for executing the New Product Schedule utilizing cross-functional resources and the NPD process.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Take the leader of Electronics sanitary products & software

? Handles the project and control the time, quality and cost to ensure the product comes into market on time,

? Makes project plan, such as project schedule, status report, action list, checklist, etc.

? Solves outstanding issues and follows up the process.

? Leads the project team from different function and co-ordinate with different function head to make sure the project completion.

? Keep tracing the NPS- New Product Schedule and align with project team for the timing to kickoff and launch new products accordingly.

? Evaluates the performance of project team members.

? Summarizes and analyses the project when completed for the benefit of learning and process improvement.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
1. Direct report to Project/Product Development Portfolio Manager, Kohler China.
2. Dotted line responsibility for cross-functional project team members from Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Design and Manufacturing.
Organization Relationships:
1. Frequent collaborative associations with senior management and staffs in Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Design and Manufacturing.
2. Collaborative associations with Legal and Accounting.
External Business Relationships:
1. Collaborative associations with suppliers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree
? 5 years of related work experience, with at least 1-2 years as project leader or Technical leader in electronic or software project.
? Can handle new product project independently.
? Have cross-functional work experience, such as account leader, planner, sourcing, quality and project manager.
? Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.
? Good flexibility and can work under high pressure.
? Strong leadership and analytical skill.
? Good English speaking and writing skill, good PC skill.
