Responsibilities
- Responsible for entry level talent acquisition of a defined target group, including advertising, marketing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting and consulting with hiring managers. Support Sr. HR Specialist Recruitment and Services to review and management of pre-employment requirements including, wage, reference, legal, criminal, medical checks, visa etc. Communication with candidates regarding interview appointments, interview feedback and offer negotiation.
- Support on and off boarding process including contract and documentation management, probation track and evaluation as well exit procedures in case of termination / resignation.
- Data entry in HR information systems for personal data. Coordinate collection of records / documentation required by law are maintained in HRIS and personnel files. Understand labor law trends, decisions and industry practice to constantly improve the daily HR work and expertise. Responsible for ensuring compliance, quality, efficiency and accuracy of information, data and Human Resource reporting. Support the implementation of key systems, optimize and document processes from definition to execution for HR.
- Be the coordination contact person for staff requests and questions and offer other employee services on a daily basis (hukou application, visa service, recommendation letter, employment letters etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, business administration or the equivalent.
- About 3 years experiences in HR recruiting function.
- Additional periods of specialist experience in Automobile industry are preferred
- Attention to detail and organized
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Good English and Chinese language skills (excellent oral and written)
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and user experience in SAP will be a plus.
