Tasks
- Communicate & confirm the individual task schedule with related parties (PAG and translation agency). Continuously update the project plan to be able to monitor & coordinate the operation of each task to ensure timely delivery.
- Check and correct the doc-file in terms of language in close cooperation with PCN Translation team. Fulfill the FSO check and release proofreading confirmation.
- Proofread and confirm in term of content to ensure the China specific specification features in close cooperation with PCN Product Management.
- Take care of the printing, internal/external orders, monitor the stock and arrange stock replenishment. Ensure the timely delivery to the warehouses & new vehicles by staying informed about the landing time of the new vehicles in China in close cooperation with PCN Sales Logistics.
- Other tasks appropriate to the After Sales business, especially in the area of customer care programs (in the team AS Strategy & Customer Programs).

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in English/Chinese translation, linguistics
- 3 years’ related experience in Automotive industry.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Good command of Ms Office.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated candidate is highly preferred.

The employment contract will be signed with FESCO.
