Major Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and Consolidate annual operating plan and rolling forecast, track and analyze KPI.
2. Prepare monthly forecast, interpret all kinds of variance against forecast and last year, identify issues and opportunities.
3. Effectively coordinate and manage BOS (Business Operating System) process; identifying and tracking facility key metrics to optimize performance.
4. Prepare monthly analysis reports to Shanghai HQ and follow the HQ Fin reporting requirements.
5. Support the businesses and interface with other function to collect data and prepare routine/ad.hoc report.
6.Develop and design various worksheets to analyze business more efficiently and effectively and other Ad.hoc task.

Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience, especial in Auto industry and manufacturing experience, having demonstrated strong financial and business planning skills, is required. ERP implementation and key user experience in SAP.
2. Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or other related field of knowledge is required, CPA is preferred.
3. Financial Analysis, planning, costing, familiar with SAP.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skill.
5. Adapt for pressure environment and quick learning.
6. Fluent in English both written and oral.

Shanghai Tenneco Exhaust System Co., Ltd (STES) is a Sino-American joint venture, Established in 1999 by STEC which belongs to SAIC Group and Tenneco Inc which is 500 fortune in America. Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system.
