职位描述
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the general supervision of Senior Customer Service Manager, this position is required to provide online technical service to customer and dealer’s after-sales personnel. This will also enable us to better service and other needs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To respond to customer’s technical enquiries.
To provide installation instructions to online customers.
To provide on line technical support to dealer’s after -sales personnel
To explain technical parameters and specifications to customer
To train CALL CENTER Agent on product knowledge.
To work closely with Technical Support Department and all KOHLER plants on the knowledge base updating.
Monitor systematic risk of product quality issue.
To finish other tasks assigned
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Reports to Associate Manager –Customer Service
Frequent contacts with distributors
Frequent contacts with Technical Support Department
Frequent contacts with plants
Frequent contacts with Sales Department
Frequent contacts with Marketing Department
Frequent contacts with end users
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. College graduate or above with minimum two years technical support experience
2. Good communication skill and basic understanding of English
3. Well computer literate MS-Office skills are required
