职位描述
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer Greater China, the Senior Financial Controller shall ensure that the distribution or manufacturing activities are conducted in full compliance with corporate guidelines and policies and efficient/profitable way.
The Senior Financial Controller shall be strong enough:
- To manage any financial analysis that may alert the Management and the Corporate Finance of any risks and to propose preventive and corrective actions.
- The Financial Controller shall have good management accounting technical skills and strong leadership for supervising the Manufacturing or Distribution activities based in Shanghai.
- To develop strategic initiatives for business growth, productivity and profitability improvement
- Improve manufactory costing process flow & report accuracy
Main Accountabilities :
- Lead finance functional teams and be responsible for initiatives, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and reporting, business case development, and driving to meet or exceed its financial commitments
- Take regular-basis assessments and development communications with the key team members. Develop progress and succession plans
- Drive the ERP system (SAP) costing system improvement
- Work closely and support the Deputy CFO on all business and strategic decision-making. Evaluate the P&L performance of the business. Provide effective cost/operations analysis and strategic recommendation for the entity’s management
- Deliver monthly actual/forecast, and build up 3-5 years budget and business plan as per company requirement
- Perform in-depth financial analysis of various business scenarios (business case study), identify business trends and opportunities, monthly highlights report
- Develop Cost Estimation / Cost Accounting / Cost Control System and take leadership role for cost reduction
- Advise Deputy CFO on critical financial issues and progress toward financial improvement efforts. Establish and maintain relationship with business department staff including the regular reporting of financial results(Margin analysis, cost center report for budget control, PL line items analysis report etc.
- Coordinate with other department managers with the objective of supporting them in the financial planning and budget management as well in the ongoing process improvement
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Studies-Experience:
- Excellent English skills
- Familiar with Fortune 500 Accounting/Financial Analysis Practice & Procedures
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Strong manufacturing/operations finance experience and costing management skills
- Good interpersonal communication, constant relationship with others outside the work group
2.Skills and Qualifications:
-Diligent and self-motivate, learn things quickly
-College graduate or above in management finance or related major, MBA preferred
-Computer literacy - capable of handling complex spreadsheet applications
