Job title: Assistant Manager, Financial Shared Service

Report to: Senior Manager, Financial Shared Service

Job description:

1. Review job done by the team, including but not limited to accounting manual journal, branch company certification application and deregistration, branch accounting, tax return and e-submission, branch sales revenue etc. Conduct team on daily jobs and support to solve problems raised by the team.
2. At month end complete staff payroll accrual/reversal and actual booking, review all expense accrual before booking, and check NSP order without GR for reporting.
3. Prepare monthly/yearly PRC report for Shanghai head office and branch stores.
4. Responsible of tax matters, including tax calculation, tax review, annual tax filing and daily communication with external tax advisor.
5. Coordinate with Corporate, external agent and internal store/department on company insurance affairs,
6. Complete and review balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis and monitor the subsequent follow up as necessary.
7. Well monitor the team to follow up the process/control listed in RACM strictly and sign off relevant part, ensure to make update as necessary.
8. Others, organize biyearly stocktaking, support annual inspection, FX audit and internal/external audit,

Profile:
1, Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance from major reputable university, with CAP/ACCA or equivalent certificate is preferred (or undergoing the exams targeting completion within next 2 years)
2, In the most recent position 3 years stable working in finance or accounting field is a must, with minimum 3 years experience of manager/supervisor or team leader, working in retail, wholesale/trading, or FMCG is preferred.
3, Good skill at MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP operation knowledge is strongly preferred
4, Good English in both oral and written, good communication and presentation skill, responsible, team worker, fast learner.
