2.至少五年的实验室工作经验,熟悉ISO/TS 16949,若有橡胶行业产品的测试经验则优先考虑
With at least 5 years’ working experience in the field of lab, know well about ISO/TS16949 ;experience of rubber products testing is preferred

3.良好的英语听说读写能力,至少是英语四级水平
Good English in speaking, reading and writing ,more than CET-4 asked.

职位职责：

1.负责管理实验室
Leader of the lab team

2.在实验室贯彻实施ISO/TS16949体系
Implements ISO/TS 16949 organization in the lab

3.负责实验室工作的绩效,使能及时得到可靠的测试结果
Responsible for the quality of the work performance in the lab to get reliable results on time.

4.确保实验室人员能根据指导书正确实施测试
Checks his team members are performing the test according to instruction

5.确保实验室人员有足够的能力胜任工作
Checks his team has got good ability for doing their task

6.在新的测量仪器方面,给予实验室人员相应的培训
Train his team members to new measuring equipments

7.创建测量仪器的作业指导书
Establishes measurement equipment instruction

8.参与公司内部审核
Participates to internal audits

9.负责对测量仪器的校验计划的制定,并保证仪器能得以按时校验
Responsible for planning and getting good calibration on time for all measurement equipments

10.负责定期维护实验室仪器以确保仪器的有效性
Responsible for getting maintained lab equipment to ensure equipment availability

11是实验室和内部客户的沟通窗口
Is the interface with internal customers

12是实验室和供应商的沟通窗口
Is the interface with suppliers

13负责把实验室工作所需的英文文件翻译成中文
Translates into Chinese the English documents needed for the lab work.
