Job Responsibilities:

Draft Job Description based upon info. Provided by Client and doing the general marketing research
分析客户提交的职位信息并做初级的市场人才分析

- Cold call to find potential candidates in the market
通过电话寻找合适的候选人

- Sourcing candidate from various channels like Database
通过其他渠道例如数据库等寻找合适的候选人

- Conduct the telephone screening and make comments
对潜在的候选人初步电话筛选并给与基本的评价

-Arrange interviews for candidates and follow the recruiting process

协助安排候选人的面试并跟踪好其他环节的招聘流程

- Support consultant in other recruiting process：making report, reference check
协助顾问在其他招聘流程上提供帮助，例如准备搜寻报告，做候选人的背景调差

Job Requirements

- University Degree, good oral English is a plus
学士学位,英语口语优秀者优先

- 1 years experience in headhunting/Consultancy/Training industry or sales/HR related positions
1年猎头/咨询/培训行业的工作经验,或者从事销售以及人事类的岗位

-Strong sense of result oriented
强烈的结果导向精神，为结果负责任

- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to share with team
强烈的责任感及团队精神

- Passionate, optimistic and persistent personality
