Qualification required:



Minimum of 5 years in the recruiting field for the automotive clients. The professional executive/head hunting agency with a supervisor's position or higher is preferred.
Has a rich database with fruitful candidates
Wide relationship in the automotive recruiting field and strong negotiation skill.
Basic knowledge on the automotive quality management standard such as ISO/TS16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc.
Interpersonal and problem solving skills (solution mindset), team orientation is necessary along with computer competency, e.g. MS Office.
Management and reporting skill.
Excellent written and spoken command of English.
Self motivated and target orientated

Management 50%


Communicate with Project Manager
fix job description for open positions and define priority
Assign open positions to recruiter
Daily check the recruiters' work performance
Guidance of the recruiters (recruiting method, skills)
Systemic tracking report as the output of a daily work with corresponding solutions
Responsible for the performance of the recruiter team
Regular automotive resources trend analysis and KPI evaluation of the team.
Establishment of the candidates database


Daily recruiting works 35%

Search and check the qualified candidates as per the job request.
Candidates tele-interview and daily work report
Recommend qualified candidates on-time and follow his availability status.
Open position input window as from PM, transfer all information properly to the standard Job Description.


HR Support 15%

New Staff Orientation
Maintain Staffs' personal files and contracts
Coordinate with our HR consulting partners for staffs recruiting/ termination process.
Staffs' contract renewal and other HR related documentation
Other tasks assigned by Administration Manager
