A. Responsibility
1、Develops and maintains wire harness physical design and installation through the use of 3D wire harness installation models, wire harness assembly models and 2D formboard drawings / 通过3D线束安装模型，线束装配模型与2D装配板的图纸起草工作，开发与维护线束实际的设计与安装；
2、Supports analysis and design reviews / 为分析与设计评审提供支持；
3、Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance / 完成分配到的任务，完成与组织期望的质量，时间表及工艺的一致性；
4、Applies program technical requirements to design work requirements, processes, and tasks / 把项目技术要求应用到设计工作要求，工艺与任务中去；
5、Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools that support the design process / 为工艺，方法，工具的开发提供支持，助力设计工艺；
6、Communicate and/or implement design solutions / 沟通和/或实施设计解决方案；
7、Investigate and resolve design issues / 调查与解决设计问题；
8、Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 运用独创性与创新性开发复杂问题的解决方案；
9、Other duties may be assigned / 其他可能分配到的任务；
10、Ensure that the tasks assigned are done on time and according to the quality criteria / 按照质量标准，确保分配到的任务被按时完成。

B. Qualification
1、Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent / 电气，机械或航空工程相关领域学士学位或同等学历；
2、Typically has up to 2 years of experience in an engineering classification / 多达两年的工程类经验；
3、Experience or exposure to CAD design in work or school environment / CAD软件设计应用或学习的经验；
4、Fluent in English (Written and verbal) / 流利的英文口语及书面表达能力；
5、Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts / 工程原则，理论，技术与概念知识；
6、Experience with configuration management / 配置管理经验；
7、Able to understand technical data / 能够理解技术数据；
8、Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies / 能够运用问题解决方法论解决设计问题；
9、Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment / 能够达到有效沟通并具有团队精神。
