Immunology Center at WuXiAppTec is a new R&D program and has multiple positions open for immunologists and tumor Immunologists. The goal of the center is to build a comprehensive open platform for preclinical and clinical studies, and to facilitate immunotherapy drug discovery in cancer immunology, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Senior Scientist/ Principle Scientist

Key accountabilities

1. Responsible for establishing immunoassays, molecular biology techniques, and cell-based assays to analyze immune cell functions.
2. Responsible for study design, quotation and implementation with high quality, efficiency and productivity.
3. Communicate proactively with clients and address key program issues or potential risks. Serve as the key point of contact for project updates with clients and ensure timely delivery of study reports to the clients with high quality and an appropriate scientific summary.
4. Lead a group of people, supervise lab scientists & technicians and manage daily operation.

Qualifications
1. For Principle Scientist applicants, 5 years’ lab experience in the field of immunology or cancer immunology is needed.
2. In depth knowledge in immunology, particularly tumor immunology with extensive hands-on experience in variety of immunoassays.
3. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal groups and external clients.
