KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Write application programs like VB script and Microsoft Office Macro to implement automation on study execution, such as study record, report editing, data calculation, etc. 编写程序（例如VB Script和微软Office宏程序）帮助实现项目中编辑工作的自动化，比如实验记录，报告编辑，数据计算等。
2. Assist integrating and optimizing document templates in excel or word, including but not limited to format. 协助部门整合和优化各种Excel和word 格式的模板，包括但不仅限于格式。
3. Take charge in electronic data archiving, IT access administrating, system maintenance, especially the maintenance of SharePoint site. 负责电子数据备份管理，IT权限管理以及系统维护，特别是部门的SharePoint网站的维护。
4. Manage time according to demanding from sponsor BU and share capacity to other tasks assigned from BID team leader when sponsor BU demanding is insufficient.按照部门的需求合理安排时间，在部门需求不足时完成BID组长安排的其他工作。

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in IT or related background; 本科及以上学历，有IT或相关专业背景知识；
2. Good at more than one programming languages such as VB, VBA and etc. SharePoint maintenance and development experience is a plus. 擅长一种以上编程语言，如VB和VBA等；最好有SharePoint的维护和开发经验；
3. Be familiar with SQL and Oracle database; 熟悉SQL和Oracle数据库相关知识；
4. At least 1 year related experience on IT program development, such as Microsoft Office Macro and SharePoint site; 1年以上的独立编程经验，比如微软office的宏程序和SharePoint站点；
5. Experience in pharmacy company is preferred; 有医药公司相关经历者优先考虑；
6. Proactive/independent in work and have a good team spirit; 工作积极主动，具备独立工作的能力以及良好的团队合作精神；
7. Good at communicating and understanding; 较好的沟通和理解能力。

EDUCATION :
Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历。

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
Good at English speaking and writing. 具备良好的英语交流能力。
