KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for invoice team cross over all business units
2. Lead team to enhance the speed of processing invoice demands and the ability of problem analysis & solving, providing high-quality services to ensure outstanding performance
3. Be able to manage cross site invoices, and coordinate with finance and business unit, to follow SOX requirement, and 100% pass internal and external audit
4. Be able to set team KPI and find ways for continuous improvement on process optimization

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2+ years people management experience
2. Excellent written and spoken English language skills
3. Good ownership and strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure;
4. Strong functional leadership skills, excellent problem solving capabilities;
5. Strong Microsoft Office skills; strong data analysis skills, Good demonstration skills with ability to present during business meetings
6. Can apply systematic thinking in continuous improvement.
EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):
1. 大学本科及以上学历(有海外留学背景者优先)
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
1. Have experience to handle project based billing system and relevant revenue recognition;
2. Strong business sense on internal control (especially on SOX compliance) is required;
3. Basic knowledge on accounting, taxation, project management and contract management is recommended;
4. Experience in ERP implementation or optimization is a plus.
