Key Responsibilities
I. Provide proactive, practical legal advice on a broad range of PRC and international legal issues relating to WuXi AppTec’s business including business transactions, IP, compliance, securities and governance, regulatory, litigation, employment , property and M&A.
II. Work within a small team of in-house counsel managing relationships with outside counsel based in PRC and overseas.

Qualifications
I. PRC qualified lawyer with at least five years related work experience
II. Preferred work experience:
1) Litigation and dispute resolution
2) Corporate transactions
3) Top PRC law firm or China office of an international law firm or in-house office of a major MNC
4) Chinese regulatory agency or other government position
III. Proficient spoken and written English
