KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Submit purchasing requirements from labs to Procurement Dept., follow up the status of purchasing orders, check the products, coordinate with related units, to ensure a smoothly project execution; 根据实验室的需求，提交办公用品、试剂、耗材等申领申购要求至公司采购部，跟踪订单进展，到货验收，做好部门内外的协调与反馈，保障项目顺利向前推进；
2. Follow up policy trends, communicate with labs to prepare the materials for certificate application; 跟踪相关政策情况，与实验室及时沟通协调，协助准备相关证件办理材料；
3. Regularly count the cost of reagents, comsumarables in each lab, to enable a reasonable expenditure control; 定期核算相应实验室各项试剂、耗材成本，帮助部门控制相应费用支出；
4. Submit purchasing demand of Capex according to budget allocation, and follow up the purchasing process; 结合部门固定资产预算情况，按时提交固定资产采购申请，及时跟踪进展；
5. Collect product information, sourcing document as a purchasing evidence; 收集产品信息、采购凭证，为实验组提供相应文件支持。

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Colleague degree or above, have Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy related background; 专科及以上学历，有化学、生物、药学相关专业背景知识；
2. Strong sense of responsibility, hard working, initiative, and good execution; 有责任心，工作认真，积极主动，具备较好的执行力；
3. Be able to work independently, good team spirit; 具备独立工作能力和良好的团队合作精神；
4. Sourcing related work experience is much appreciated; 有采购相关工作经验更佳。
5. Be skillful at computer application including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. 熟练运用办公室自动化软件。
6. Good at English speaking and writing. 具备一定的英语交流能力。
